Hosted form displays 500 server error while loading

I noticed when a user opens the add payment method hosted form, while it's loading, it shows '500: Server Error [00-0002]' briefly, then shows the form correctly. I ran it through Fiddler and everything looks correct. There are no errors and everything is 200.

Any ideas what could cause this? Also, is there a way to display a loading icon in the pop up while it loads up?

When loading your iframe, check what the default target is before directing the user to our hosted payment form.
