JSYK.... After a new user activates their account via email, the account is not available to makes posts...

I clicked the "Emoticon" icon in the toolbar and I was able to write this...

Hi Robv,

That is strange.  If you had not authenticated to the community, it should have asked you to do so before posting, but it should not have prevented you from doing so.  I'll keep an eye out for this issue and see if we get other reports.
