I am getting this error in live envirnoment. Please suggest me the reason and the solution to this error.

This message indicates there is a problem with the merchant account setup with Authorize.Net. The merchant should contact Customer Support to resolve: http://support.authorize.net

When i contact support of authorize.net they told me to contact barcklays.
What and where is the problem. please help
