Read-Only key for Transaction Details API?

This question has been asked before*, but the answer is several years old, so I wanted to re-ask for a fresh answer.

I am writing an app that only uses the Transaction Details API.  Is there a read-only key that can be generated specifically for that API?

From a liability standpoint, we don't want anything to do with a write-capable transaction key if possible.

Hello @sjones123

We do not currently offer that type of functionality.  I would suggest you post this as a new feature using our Ideas forum. This will allow others to vote on and make suggestions to improve the request.
