Retrieve most recent PaymentProfileId

When a customer adds a paymentProfile via a hosted form, how do you retrieve the paymentProfileID for the paymentProfile that was just created? There is no creation date returned with any of the API calls and the paymentProfileIds do not appear to be created in ascending order.

I see that "getCustomerPaymentProfileListRequest" has an "orderBy" paramter under "sorting", but the documentation only list 'id' as a possible value. Is there a value we can provide here to return the paymentProfiles by order of created or updated dates?
