If you are unable to subscribe, that indicates your email address has not been verified. To correct, please do the following:
Go to Settings > Personal Profile > Email > Email Verification Status.
Verified: Your email is verified and you are all set.
Not Verified: Your email is not yet verified; click "send me the confirmation email again".

Our sandbox environment should now be functioning normally. We appreciate those who alerted us to the issue and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

At approximately 11:30am Pacific, our network operations team will make some additional changes to the sandbox to further stablize the system. This will prevent connections to the sandbox but should only require 5-10 minutes to complete.
We will post an update that it is complete.
