Unable to test specific AVS responses.

Using a test account in 'live' mode I am able to successfully test CVV responses, however, all AVS responses come back with "P - AVS Not Applicable" regardless of what ZIP code i use. I have AVS filter enabled and I'm using the 13-digit 4222222222222 card number.

Is there anything i'm missing?

Had to include the amount field and I was able to get back specific AVS messages correctly. Not sure if i missed it in the documentation.
