Update project database on recurring transactions

Is there any way to update my project database on every recurring subscriptions?

Sure, use a Silent Post page to receive a post from Authorize.net every time a transaction goes through. See the Settings area in your control panel to set a Silent Post URL, then have that page log posts to a file and feed a transaction through so you can see what the data looks like.
