It seems to me that ARB can only work for subscription amounts that are fixed. How do I integrate ARB for subscription amounts that vary month to month?
You can't. If the amount is going to vary each month you need to use CIM and write your own scheduling engine. Basically a glorfied cron job will do the trick.
