Visa card details not working

Hey i have a problem visa card details for 4111111111111111 is working fine but when am trying to give some other vaild card details am getting recharge failed.

Doi have to do anything in my account have seen some where like i haveto switch back to live modefrom testing mode is that correct??

Please help me out.

Are you using a sandbox or production account, and what transaction type are you trying to run?
