Is there any actual API documentation for the .NET classes and methods? The PDF on the site has not .NET API specific documentation.

You could use the source to generate API documentation on VS.

Yes we all know Sandcastle can build a generic skeleton but what about actual documentation about what each class does and when to use it. There is no auto tool that can do that.
