simple checkout - receipt URL

A couple of questions

Q: for simple checkout - can I pass, in the form post , a receipt URL where I'd like the user to be directed after the transaction?

I've created a new Response/Receipt URLs in our account settings (not the default one) but cant find how (the hidden field name) I reference this on the form post (form with button)

Q: I cant seem to find any developer guide or documentation for the simple checkout method - anyone know where that is?

Simple Checkout is cut and paste, it's not designed for coding in a bunch of configuration options. You'll have to switch to SIM or DPM if you want to configure a custom receipt URL.
