Sandbox Registration is Down

I was curious if anyone else is having issues with the sandbox registration. I know there was a scheduled maintenance; however, it still seems to be down as I am getting an error of "Registration Failed. Please try again later."

I'm having the same issue since yesterday. It won't allow you to signup for the sandbox account. I noticed that its throwing 403 Forbidden error in the network call for POST signup. Not sure when this will be resolved?

I noticed that as well, even this morning. I hope their backend finds this message.

I'm still having the same issue.  A few weeks ago the 3DS2.x challenge was down all week.  Using their sandbox has been rough, with long outages of significant features.

As per their support recommendation, there's a known issue signing up to sandbox while using Chrome. I tried Firefox this time and it let me create me the sandbox account.

I was able to create an account this morning (23 July 2026) using Edge; however, I am still waiting for the email for the registration. I did see they updated status.cybersource.com for the incident.

I've been having various issues for weeks with CyberSource now:

• 3DS Challenge failing
• Cannot login
• Cannot create new account
• And now I can never successfully get a new account working

About 2 weeks ago I had no  issues, now it is non-stop.
