ARB ECHECK error

When going live for the client I get back

00013 This merchant does not accept this value for eCheck Record Type.

This works fine using my sandbox account, but not in live mode. Is there something the client needs

to activate or is something in the values themselves  different. This error does not really tell me what value

is not being accepted.

It's possible you're using an echeckType value that your merchant doesn't process. Probably allowed settings are PPD, TEL, WEB, or CCD (though some of those might not be allowed depending on your merchant). ARC and BOC are not applicable to ARB and would throw an error.

What echeckType are you using?
