Can't set x_delim_char or x_enca_char in PHP CIM

I did it like this link but I received error: Unrecognized response from AuthorizeNet. Is there any method to fix this?

You didn't mention which version of the SDK you are using.  The latest version of the SDK is available on GitHub.
