Hi,
We are using SIM and CIM apis (PHP) with hosted forms for payments. SIM are used for one-time payments, and CIM for recurring payments.
For our developer account we get the 'Bank account' payment option. When choosing bank account type 'Personal Checking', this will be equal to a 'Checking account withdrawal', right?
Does our client really need to sign up for eCheck.net to activate this payment option (bank account)? Even if he will not use the electronic check features of this service? I can not find anything about this in the eCheck.net/CIM/SIM documentation?
Regards,
Paal Are

I got an answer from developer@autorize.net:
"The eCheck Service or bank account option is enabled by default on all sandbox or test accounts. If you want this option for your production account, you will need to apply for this service.
eCheck Service is our only option to bank account transactions."
