In CIM, can a Customer Profile have multiple billing addresses?

I have a client who has customers that will often times use separate billing addresses - i.e. a single login account, but will have payment methods for multiple addresses, such as:

• Home 1
• Home 2
• Work
• Etc.

Does each Customer Profile only have 1 billing address associated with it? If so, I assume that using an email address as an identifier for the customer profile is not a smart way to do things.
