I'm currently logged into my account but I can't remember what the password I used was. My browser remembers it but I can't log into the account from other places.
if I click on the Change Password button (whilst logged in) it requires me to enter the old password (which obviously I can't provide). If I click on the Forgot Password link (whilst not logged in), it asks for my Login Id and e-mail address. I provide both (which I can see in my User Profile) but the page complains that:
Sorry, the Information You Provided Does Not Match.The information you provided does not match our records for your user account.
what can I do?

Assuming you're putting in the correct login ID and not using transaction ID or something, my advice would be to call Authorize.net and ask for help.
