Under test account - all orders returning placed 'on hold' response

I'm lost.

 

I am using the Customer Information Manager system and am trying to test our e-commerce platform.

 

The system is working correctly in that it creates the customer profile ID, and the individual payment profile ID's (based on the test credit card data that is being used for the process).

 

When I set up a purchase,  everything appears to work correctly at 'my end', but when the transaction is sent through the AuthNet system for approval,   it always returns a response code that the order was placed 'on hold' instead of returning a 'transaction approved' response code.

 

I'm not sure if I've got something set wrong for the card, or what could be doing this.

 

Does anyone have any ideas about this?

A transaction being placed "on hold" sounds like something having to do with your account's security settings. See your card code settings and AVS settings, make sure they aren't set to "Authorize and Hold For Review".
