certificate error going to https://account.authorize.net

I get a certificate error going to http://account.authorize.net.  Why?

I am using Chrome.

You have a dot at the end of your URL. If you remove it the URL works.

The . was just part of the sentence, as you can see from the post title. I don't know why you'd be getting a certificate error - can you look at the certificate and find out what the error is exactly? That might give a clue as to what's causing it. One possibility is you set your computer clock to something outside the certificate's date range.

Are you still getting the certificate error?  I also notice the URL in the message body is not using SSL, but suppose that was just a typo.
