There is currently an issue causing test account logins to fail. If you try to log in to the test account Merchant Interface or reset your password, it won't work. We are aware of the issue and are currently working on getting it fixed.
There is no impact to live accounts and all your testing integrations should still work normally.
We will post more to this announcement once the issue is resolved and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To reset your password, simply click the Forgot Your Password? link and follow the directions from there. You will be asked to provide the answer to the Secret Question. If you have not updated your Secret Answer, the default answer is Simon.
