$0 zero dollar authorization rejected by authorize.net

1. in production mode, processor is First Data Omaha, we ran a visa credit card for zero dollar authorization, but responded as (some private info is corssed):

You're right, it's supposed to be supported for First Data Omaha. This would seem to be more likely a merchant issue, however - have you tried contacting First Data Omaha to see if they support it, and if so, if it's supported on your account specifically?
