Hi @pmarangoni,Customer Profiles are tied to a given payment gateway account, if you're switching processor on the same payment gateway, you will still be able to access all your CIM data.Mansour
Does the same apply if we change merchant account? Is there a difference?
It now looks like we are changing bank too, so this most likely means a new payment gateway. Is there any way to migrate CIM data to a new payment gateway?
Would you be able to share your thought on queries?
